POKEDRIP – TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to PokeDrip. These Terms of Service govern your use of our online store and your purchase of products from PokeDrip.
By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing from PokeDrip, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and any specific terms displayed on a product, promotion, giveaway or Mystery Drop.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
1. ABOUT POKEDRIP
PokeDrip is an online retailer specialising in Pokémon Trading Card Game products, including sealed Pokémon TCG products, Mystery Packs, trading cards, slabs, pre-orders and other collectible products.
The legal business information and contact details applicable to the store are provided through our website and/or Contact Information page.
2. ELIGIBILITY & CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including their name, email address, telephone number and delivery information.
Customers must ensure that delivery and PUDO locker information is correct before completing an order.
Where a customer is legally incapable of entering into a transaction without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, the required consent must be obtained.
3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, quantities and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product images may sometimes be used for illustrative purposes. Packaging, promotional artwork or minor product presentation may differ from images displayed where manufacturers or distributors make changes.
Pokémon TCG products are collectibles and market prices may increase or decrease over time. Unless required by law, a later change in the market value of a product does not change the price agreed at the time of purchase.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the PokeDrip South African store are stated in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise indicated.
The price payable is the price displayed and accepted at checkout, subject to correction of genuine errors where permitted by law.
Shipping charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed or communicated before completion of the transaction where required.
An order is not considered fully confirmed until the applicable payment requirements have been satisfied.
We reserve the right to cancel or correct an order affected by an obvious pricing, technical or listing error where permitted by applicable law. Where payment has already been received and the order cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be provided.
5. MYSTERY PACKS & MYSTERY DROPS
PokeDrip offers Mystery Packs and limited Mystery Drops containing Pokémon TCG products and, depending on the particular drop, potentially cards, booster packs, promotional cards, slabs or other advertised items.
The contents, odds, chase structure, quantity and/or possible prizes applicable to a Mystery Drop will be described in the relevant product listing or promotion where applicable.
Customers purchasing Mystery Packs understand that individual contents may vary.
Purchasing multiple Mystery Packs does not guarantee a particular result unless specifically stated in the applicable promotion.
PokeDrip does not guarantee that a booster pack contained within a Mystery Pack will contain a particular rarity, hit, EX, illustration rare, special illustration rare or other particular card.
Once a Mystery Pack has been opened or its contents revealed, dissatisfaction with the particular contents or pulls alone does not entitle the customer to a change-of-mind refund.
This does not affect any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
6. BOOSTER PACKS & CARD PULLS
Pokémon booster packs are manufactured and packed by the relevant manufacturer.
PokeDrip cannot control or guarantee the cards contained inside sealed manufacturer booster packs.
A booster pack containing no desired “hit” or a card with a lower market value than expected is not, by itself, evidence that the product is defective.
7. PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order products are products ordered before their expected availability or release.
Release dates are estimates and may change.
Pokémon TCG allocations may also be reduced or changed by manufacturers, distributors or suppliers.
Consequently, placing a pre-order does not override circumstances where PokeDrip receives a reduced or cancelled allocation from a supplier.
If PokeDrip is unable to fulfil an affected pre-order, we will provide the customer with an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund for the unavailable product or another solution agreed with the customer.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation, refund or other rights available under applicable law.
8. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
PokeDrip reserves the right, where permitted by law, to refuse or cancel orders affected by suspected fraud, payment failure, obvious pricing errors, stock errors or other legitimate circumstances that prevent fulfilment.
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact PokeDrip as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, a cancellation may need to be processed as a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
PokeDrip uses third-party courier and delivery services, including PUDO where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and selecting the correct delivery or locker information.
Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, peak periods, logistics disruptions and circumstances outside PokeDrip's reasonable control.
PokeDrip will not use these Terms to exclude responsibility that legally remains with PokeDrip under applicable consumer law.
Courier damage, lost parcels and other delivery-related issues will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
10. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, refunds and change-of-mind requests are governed by the PokeDrip Return & Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
Customers should review that policy before purchasing, particularly when purchasing Mystery Packs, pre-orders, sealed products and collectible items.
11. GIVEAWAYS, COMPETITIONS & PROMOTIONS
From time to time, PokeDrip may operate giveaways, competitions, promotional campaigns, leaderboard promotions or purchase-based promotional events.
Each promotion may have additional rules specifying matters such as eligibility, qualifying purchases, promotional period, entry calculation, prizes and winner selection.
Where a purchase qualifies for a promotional entry and that transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded or reversed, the corresponding promotional entry may also be removed where permitted by law and the applicable promotional rules.
PokeDrip reserves the right to investigate suspected manipulation, fraudulent entries or abuse of a promotion and take reasonable action in accordance with the applicable rules and law.
12. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY
PokeDrip is committed to supplying authentic Pokémon TCG products.
Customers who have a genuine concern regarding the authenticity of a product purchased from PokeDrip should contact us with their order information and supporting evidence so the matter can be investigated.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
PokeDrip branding, original graphics, website content, Mystery Drop concepts, promotional materials and other original PokeDrip content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission where protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Pokémon and related trademarks, character names, artwork and intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. PokeDrip does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or intellectual property merely because products containing those marks are sold or displayed through the store.
14. ACCEPTABLE USE OF OUR WEBSITE
Customers may not use the PokeDrip website to engage in fraudulent activity, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, scrape or exploit the website unlawfully, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain services used by PokeDrip may be provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, PUDO, courier companies and other service providers.
Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.
PokeDrip is not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent permitted by law, but nothing in this section excludes obligations that applicable law places directly on PokeDrip.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PokeDrip will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by South African law.
17. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information provided through our store will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation.
Customers should review our Privacy Policy for further information regarding the collection, processing and use of personal information.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
PokeDrip may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, website or applicable legal requirements.
The version published on our website at the relevant time will apply subject to applicable law. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that customers have already acquired under law or an existing transaction.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable South African law and nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or approaching a forum available to them under applicable legislation.

21. CONSUMER RIGHTS
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of South African consumer law, the applicable law will prevail.
Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict any right that a consumer cannot lawfully waive.
🏆 POKEDRIP 30TH ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically and exclusively to the current PokeDrip 30th Anniversary Giveaway (“the Promotion”).
They do not automatically apply to any future PokeDrip giveaway, competition or promotion. Future promotions may have different prizes, entry methods, dates and rules.
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) and applicable regulations.
1. PROMOTER
The Promotion is operated by PokeDrip.
The applicable legal business and contact information for PokeDrip is available through the PokeDrip website.
2. COMPETITION PERIOD
The PokeDrip 30th Anniversary Giveaway commenced on:
17 July 2026
and is scheduled to close on:
17 September 2026 at 23:59 SAST.
Entries received after the closing time will not qualify unless PokeDrip has officially announced an extension of the Promotion.
Where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law, PokeDrip may extend the promotional period.
Any extension and revised closing date will be clearly communicated through one or more official PokeDrip channels, including the PokeDrip website, PokeDrip WhatsApp Community and/or official PokeDrip social-media channels.
All valid entries accumulated before an officially announced extension will remain valid.
Qualifying entries accumulated during an officially announced extended promotional period will also count.
PokeDrip will not arbitrarily shorten or change the promotional period in a manner that unfairly disadvantages participants.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is intended for eligible participants in South Africa.
Participants must satisfy any age and eligibility requirements imposed by applicable South African law.
Any person prohibited from participating under applicable promotional-competition legislation will not be eligible to participate.
PokeDrip reserves the right to request reasonable information necessary to verify a potential winner's identity and eligibility.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants earn entries through qualifying purchases made from PokeDrip during the promotional period, according to the entry structure communicated by PokeDrip for this Promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
1 valid qualifying entry = 1 entry into the Mystery Grand Prize Lucky Draw.
Every valid entry also contributes towards that participant's position on the PokeDrip 30th Anniversary Giveaway Leaderboard.
Participants may accumulate multiple valid entries during the promotional period.
More valid entries therefore:
- Increase a participant's position on the leaderboard; and
- Give the participant additional entries into the Mystery Grand Prize Lucky Draw.
For example:
1 Entry = 1 Grand Prize chance
5 Entries = 5 Grand Prize chances
20 Entries = 20 Grand Prize chances
Participation in the Promotion does not increase the ordinary selling price of a product merely for the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.
5. THE LEADERBOARD
PokeDrip will maintain a leaderboard showing the number of valid qualifying entries accumulated by participants.
The leaderboard may be updated throughout the promotional period.
Leaderboard positions displayed before the Promotion closes are provisional.
The final leaderboard will be confirmed after the promotional period closes and qualifying transactions and entries have been reasonably verified.
PokeDrip may correct genuine administrative errors or adjust entries resulting from legitimate cancellations, refunds, reversals, chargebacks or invalid transactions.
6. THREE MYSTERY PRIZES
There are three (3) Mystery Prizes available in the PokeDrip 30th Anniversary Giveaway.
The exact contents of these prizes are intentionally being kept SECRET as part of the 30th Anniversary Giveaway experience.
The Mystery Prizes will be revealed by PokeDrip at an appropriate stage of the Promotion and/or when the winners are announced.
The three prizes are awarded as follows:
🥇 MYSTERY PRIZE #1 — LEADERBOARD WINNER
The eligible participant who finishes with the highest number of valid entries when the Promotion closes will win Mystery Prize #1.
🥈 MYSTERY PRIZE #2 — LEADERBOARD RUNNER-UP
The eligible participant who finishes with the second-highest number of valid entries when the Promotion closes will win Mystery Prize #2.
🎁 MYSTERY GRAND PRIZE — LUCKY DRAW
The third and Grand Mystery Prize will be awarded through a random Lucky Draw from all valid qualifying entries received during the promotional period.
Every valid entry gives the participant one entry into the Grand Prize draw.
Therefore, participants with more valid entries have more entries included in the random draw.
However, the Grand Prize winner is ultimately determined by chance through the random draw, not by leaderboard position.
7. LEADERBOARD WINNERS CAN ALSO WIN THE GRAND PRIZE
Finishing #1 or #2 on the leaderboard does not remove that participant from the Grand Prize Lucky Draw.
The #1 and #2 leaderboard winners will retain all of their valid entries in the Grand Prize draw.
Winning Mystery Prize #1 or Mystery Prize #2 does not remove, reduce or invalidate those entries.
Therefore, it is possible for a participant to win:
A Leaderboard Mystery Prize AND the Mystery Grand Prize.
8. LEADERBOARD TIES
If two or more eligible participants finish with the same number of valid entries and the tie affects first or second place, the affected leaderboard position will be determined through a random tie-break draw between the tied eligible participants.
The tie-break procedure will be conducted fairly and recorded appropriately.
Once the tied position has been determined, the remaining leaderboard positions will be determined accordingly.
9. GRAND PRIZE DRAW
Following the closing of the Promotion and verification of qualifying entries, the Mystery Grand Prize winner will be selected randomly from the pool of valid entries.
Each valid entry will represent one chance in the draw.
PokeDrip will take reasonable steps to ensure that the draw is conducted fairly and in accordance with applicable South African promotional-competition requirements.
The draw and competition administration will be overseen, verified or certified where required by applicable South African law.
10. CANCELLED, REFUNDED OR REVERSED PURCHASES
Where a qualifying purchase is subsequently cancelled, fully refunded, reversed or subject to a successful chargeback, the promotional entries associated with that transaction may be removed where permitted by applicable law.
Removing entries associated with a cancelled or refunded transaction may result in a participant's leaderboard position changing.
A participant may not retain promotional entries associated with a transaction that has legitimately been cancelled or fully refunded where removal of those entries is permitted by law.
This rule does not restrict or remove a customer's lawful rights to request a cancellation, return or refund.
Returns and refunds remain subject to the PokeDrip Return & Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
11. ENTRY VERIFICATION
PokeDrip reserves the right to verify qualifying entries before confirming the final leaderboard and Grand Prize draw.
This may include verifying:
- Qualifying purchases;
- Payment status;
- Cancelled transactions;
- Refunded transactions;
- Chargebacks;
- Duplicate or incorrectly recorded entries; and
- Other information reasonably necessary to ensure that the Promotion has been conducted fairly.
Any genuine administrative errors discovered before the winners are confirmed may be corrected.
12. WINNER VERIFICATION
Potential winners may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to confirm:
- Their identity;
- Their qualifying purchase(s);
- Their eligibility;
- Their contact information; and
- Their delivery information.
A potential winner whose relevant entries are found to be invalid or who is legally ineligible may be disqualified in accordance with applicable law.
13. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be contacted using the contact information reasonably available to PokeDrip.
PokeDrip may also announce the winners through its:
- Website;
- WhatsApp Community; and/or
- Official social-media channels,
subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.
If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, refuses the prize, is legally disqualified or fails to satisfy reasonable verification requirements, the relevant prize will be dealt with in accordance with applicable South African law.
14. PRIZE DELIVERY
PokeDrip will arrange delivery or collection of each Mystery Prize with the verified winner.
Delivery arrangements will be communicated directly to the winner.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by PokeDrip, prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
15. FAIR PARTICIPATION
PokeDrip reserves the right to investigate suspected:
- Fraudulent transactions;
- Fake or manipulated entries;
- Duplicate entries created contrary to the promotional rules;
- Payment reversals or fraudulent chargebacks;
- Attempts to manipulate the leaderboard;
- Attempts to manipulate the Grand Prize draw; or
- Other deliberate abuse of the Promotion.
Entries may only be removed or participants disqualified where there is a legitimate basis to do so and in accordance with applicable law.
16. PROMOTION EXTENSION
The current scheduled closing date is:
17 September 2026 at 23:59 SAST.
Where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law, PokeDrip may extend the promotional period.
If the closing date is extended, PokeDrip will clearly announce the new closing date through its official channels.
All valid entries accumulated before the original closing date will remain valid.
Participants may continue accumulating qualifying entries during an officially announced extension where the announcement permits further entries.
Any extension will apply to all eligible participants fairly.
17. CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
PokeDrip may make changes reasonably necessary for the proper administration of the Promotion where permitted by applicable law.
PokeDrip will not arbitrarily change these rules after participants have entered in a manner that unfairly disadvantages participants.
If circumstances outside PokeDrip's reasonable control materially affect the Promotion, PokeDrip will deal with the situation fairly and in accordance with applicable South African law.
18. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion may be used for legitimate purposes relating to:
- Recording and verifying entries;
- Maintaining the leaderboard;
- Administering the Promotion;
- Contacting potential winners;
- Verifying winners;
- Announcing winners where permitted; and
- Arranging prize delivery.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the PokeDrip Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation.
19. POKEDRIP 30TH ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY ONLY
These Terms & Conditions apply ONLY to this specific PokeDrip 30th Anniversary Giveaway.
They do not automatically apply to any future:
- PokeDrip giveaways;
- Mystery Drops;
- Competitions;
- Leaderboard promotions; or
- Other promotional campaigns.
Future promotions may have entirely different prizes, entry requirements, winner-selection methods, dates and Terms & Conditions.
20. APPLICABLE LAW
This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If any provision contained in these Terms & Conditions conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable South African law, the applicable law will prevail.
